What is your shipping policy?
Free shipping on all orders over $200; a flat $12 applies below that. Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same day, tracked to your lab.
How are temperature-sensitive compounds shipped?
Our compounds are cold, dry, and lyophilized, so they can withstand normal shipping conditions when properly packaged. Significant heat would be required to denature the proteins. Orders should arrive without significant shipping delays to maintain product integrity.
Does it require refrigeration during shipping or cold chain delivery?
Peptide powder for reconstitution are dry powder lyophilized and have zero moisture in them. Studies consistently show that this makes it far more resistant to heat break down. This is to the tune of being able to withstand 120°F temps for 2–3 days.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns. Because these are medical research products that could be tampered with after delivery, returns are not permitted. If your order arrives damaged, document the damage before opening the package and contact support. Once verified, the damaged product may be shipped back for a replacement.
